Perhaps a built-in double oven is on your wish list. It's a luxury many homeowners wish they had. However, the actual usefulness can often be overshadowed by the imagined usefulness. I usually talk people out of them, and here's why.
Many people who have double ovens only use the second oven on holidays or special occasions, and those are the times when they are really handy. But, this only accounts for a few days out of the year.
Wall double ovens take away space in your kitchen that could be used for cabinets instead. Plus, then you have two ovens to clean.
If you cook and bake a lot, and feel like you would use both ovens more than a handful of time out of the year, they can be a great feature for your kitchen. If you're like me and only do Thanksgiving and Easter, you could probably forego the upgrade.
