C&M Eau Claire Homes Builder

C&M Properties and Construction, Inc., a repeat winner of the CVHBA's "Best of Show" home builder awards, is located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We complete 15-20 new homes annually in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn and St. Croix counties. Cody Filipczak, Owner and General Contractor, oversees employees on the framing, trim crews, and sub-contractors, with whom we have long-standing relationships. Years of experience in all aspects of custom home building make us knowledgeable and reliable not only in terms of building, but in maintaining timely completion, carefully managing costs and overall budget, with no surprises.

We also have a number of design plans to choose from, or customers can have one custom drawn free of charge. Once the plan is finalized our customers are given a complete estimate with every cost included. Where some

home builders

may not include everything in the total price making it appear like a "good deal", we feel it is important for customers to know exactly what their new custom home will cost. Your new home will be completed in the time frame given, and at or under the proposed building cost.
